Practical experience since 2002.
PREFAB.LV specialises in the erection of precast reinforced-concrete and steel structures, together with the concrete and welding works that erection involves.
Our competence covers not only erection itself, but also planning the erection sequence, coordinating deliveries, preparing technical solutions and organising the work on site.
We work on residential, commercial and industrial building projects in Latvia, the Baltics and Northern Europe. Our approach is grounded in practical site experience and in cooperation between the client, the designer, the element manufacturer, the supplier and the erection team.

Precast erection
Erection of wall panels, columns, beams, stairs, balconies, floor slabs and other precast reinforced-concrete structures. Work is organised around the erection sequence and the delivery plan, including erection directly from the transport.
Concrete works
Concreting works associated with erection — element connections and joints, concreting of floor structures, in-situ sections, infills and other concreting works foreseen in the design.
Steel structures
Erection of steel columns, beams and other steel structures, together with the welding and connection work that their installation involves.
Work coordination
Planning of the erection sequence and deliveries, coordination of site logistics and crane work, preparation of technical solutions, quality and occupational-safety control.
